Elgin Villa provides quality Bed & Breakfast accommodation close to the city centre of Bath. This elegant property was built in 1874 from mellow Bath stone. Situated in a peaceful residential area it is only 6-8 minutes walk into the city centre.
Before you set out to explore the history of Bath, enjoy a substantial Continental Breakfast in the comfort of our bright friendly dining room. The Continental breakfast consists of; tea or coffee, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastry, fresh toast and marmalade - and free range scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, porridge and hot chocolate to order.
The Rooms
The family room accommodates a maximum of three adults, with a king size bed and one single, en suite shower, toilet and wash basin adjoining the large second floor room facing the community garden across the road.
Double room en-suite has a king size bed with a small bathroom adjoining the room containing a shower, toilet and wash basin, facing the garden with a skyline view of the city.
Double room with shower and wash basin in the room with the toilet on the landing below. This large room is on the second floor at the back of the house with a view of the garden and the skyline of the City Centre.
Twin room: Two single beds with shower and wash basin in the room with the toilet outside the door which is shared with one other room. The room is on the first floor at the back of the house with a view of the garden.

Two night minimum stay at weekends.
Parking on the premises.
There is a no smoking policy.
Check in is between 3pm to 8pm. Luggage can be looked after if arrival is earlier. Latest check out time is noon, but if you are using the car park you may collect your car latter in the day.
