Withy Mills Farm
Withy Mills Farm offers three stunning barns with exposed beams and original stone walls hinting at their original use but with all the luxury of 21st century living inside.
All the self catering cottages are extremely well appointed with fully fitted kitchens, lounge areas with media entertainment and private garden. The underfloor heating is provided through eco-friendly energy. The piggery building in the farm yard houses the laundry room. Guests have full use of the washing and ironing facilities.
A well stocked welcome hamper awaits each guest and pre-orders for groceries can be ready for your arrival. Vegetables from the organic garden are available subject to season, as are free range eggs from the farms hens and ducks.
This is a working farm and it's possible to enjoy the events throughout the farming calendar. However, your peace and privacy are assured as the heavy work takes place at a different location.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, underfloor heating, wi-fi, whirlpool bath and wood fire. There is ample secure parking.
Whippletree Cottage
Whippletree Cottage was originally a barn store and now provides accommodation on two levels suitable for four guests in two double rooms. A matrix of beautiful green oak timbers support the roof above you. Stairs lead up to an open area and the main bedroom. Pure cotton bed linen freshly laundered helps to ensure a good night's sleep. From this room you can enjoy views across the Cam Brook Valley or simply gaze around the cottage to admire the stone walls and oak detail.
The Engine House
The Engine House has now been converted from a pony stable to a cosy studio suitable for two guests. The kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor and is open above to the ridge of the roof and its green oak rafters.
Wharfingers Cottage
Wharfingers Cottage was built originally as a milking parlour and now provides accommodation for two people.
Equipped for 4* living this cottage provides all you need for wonderful holiday in the country. A spacious bathroom has a corner whirlpool bath large enough for two! Underfloor heating warms your feet throughout the cottage, together with a wood burner and basket of logs in the living room.

Withy Mills Farm is located half a mile from the village of Timsbury, seven miles south west of Bath and 10 miles south east of Bristol. Longleat, Cheddar, Wookey Hole and many other tourist attractions are all within easy reach.
The area is a great place to enjoy your holiday situated between Bristol and the world heritage City of Bath. Surrounded by activities to keep everyone occupied, exploring the historical cities, sports facilities and beautiful walks or relaxing and enjoying the stunning views from your cottage window along the Cam Valley, this is a great area for a family holiday.
